U.S. and Israeli scientists have reported discovering a second DNA code that sets the placement of the nucleosomes around which DNA is looped.

The researchers at Northwestern University in Illinois and the Weizmann Institute in Israel say the new code they discovered is in addition to DNA's genetic code, which specifies all the proteins a cell makes, The New York Times reported Wednesday.

Scientists told the Times the discovery, if confirmed, could open new insights into the higher order control of the genes, such as the process by which each human cell is allowed to activate the genes it needs, but cannot access the genes used by other types of cell.

This weird little guy is from a show I saw up in NYC about surrealism in the early part of the last century (wow, that sounds like a really long time ago). I went with my friend Rai, and we had a great time. I really recommend it to anyone in the area.

So I was looking through the mighty Flickr site for some new ideas for designs, when I came across the name "Ragazzo.' On a fancy I started searching for that name, and came up with all sorts of picture. Ragazzo's in love, Ragazzo's in fights, with girls, with guys. All sexy spanish/italian (I can't tell) guys. Maybe it has something to do with the name, who knows?
