Mary Mansfield has more than 20 years of experience in admissions, career counseling, and educational consulting. Formerly the Director of Admissions at Wheelock College, she is a trained reading specialist and consultant who has also been a classroom teacher. Mary has served on the IECA Board, chaired the Principals and Practices Institute and Outreach Committee, and has been a valued member of the Ethics, Special Needs, Nominating, and College Committees. She is a skilled presenter, trainer, and workshop developer..

Cynthia Pope is one of the founding administrators and program designers at Franklin Academy, the first residential school exclusively serving students with nonverbal learning disorders. She has over 20 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, admissions, and enrollment management. Cindy’s understanding of the academic, social, behavioral, emotional, and residential needs of bright students with autism spectrum disorders makes her an invaluable resource. She has presented at conferences across the country.

Marcia Rubinstien, an educational consultant since 1990, has more than 35 years of related experience. Formally an Associate Professor of Counseling Services at Western CT State University, she has taught all grade levels from kindergarten through college. A founder of the NLDA and author of Raising NLD Superstars (2004) Marcia presents nationally and publishes extensively in educational Journals. She has served on the IECA Board and chaired LD Committee and Principles and Practices Institute. Marcia is a member of numerous advisory boards including LDA/CT and SmartKids with LD.
